Information, payment information
When ordering the weekend stay, each started day is paid.
We collect return advance payment of 2000 CZK per room at the group of the accommodation, in case of loss or damages of the equipment of the chalet.
The discount is only valid when ordering the whole chalet for the whole week!
Prices include energy and bedding, no recreational fee 10 CZK / person / day except the day of arrival (selected by the administrator on site).
The minimum number of nights is 2 when ordering the whole chalet
In the case of a binding reservation we require a 50% deposit by bank transfer, see below. We will also have an additional payment three days before your arrival to the accommodation. Please specify the date of your stay as a variable symbol. All payments can only be made by bank transfer. The deposit is taken as non-refundable, eventually a refundable deposit after individual agreement.
